Many people reach out feeling lost and frustrated with themselves because the joy, clarity, and presence they experienced in ceremony has begun to feel elusive, as though it is fading away (back beyond the veil). The discouragement is real. So is the possibility. Its important to remember that integration happens in tiny increments. A little friction. A little intention. One conscious breath. Ten minutes of meditation. Dancing in the kitchen. Time in nature. An honest conversation with yourself. Choosing differently when an old pattern appears. These tiny act may seem too small to make a difference. Yet this is how we integrate real time, in our real lives. You cannot lose what you received in ceremony/meditation. It has become a part of you. And be assured, your essence is still there, asking to be remembered, encouraged, and shared. One step. Then another. The real ceremony continues through the small choices of an ordinary day.
