One journey. Two books.

Healing. Embodiment. Presence.

Integration Alchemy and The Mother Ache explore a shared question:

How do we come home to ourselves?

Integration Alchemy begins with transformative experience and asks how insight becomes embodied in the life we are actually living.

The Mother Ache enters through the mother-daughter relationship, exploring the return to self-trust, belonging, and a deeper connection with ourselves.

Both return us to the body, to presence, and to the possibility of living with greater wholeness.

Deva Arani at Machu Picchu in the Andes, where the mountains meet the clouds — a place that inspired her writings on integration and remembrance.

These books emerged from different chapters of my life, but they grew from the same enduring questions: How do we integrate what life reveals to us? How do we return to the wisdom of the body? And how do we live with greater presence, self-trust, and wholeness?

Both books are reflections of my own journey home to myself. I offer them in reciprocity for the generosity of the teachers, wisdom keepers, and traditions that have supported and shaped my path, with the hope that they might accompany others in their own journeys of healing and self-knowing.
