Hello. I’m Deva Arani.

Welcome

I support integration, embodiment, and healing as lived practice.

Where transformation unfolds through presence, relationship, and time.

Two Companion Books

Together, these books trace a single thread of embodied healing — exploring how insight becomes lived, how early relational wounds shape the inner life, and how healing unfolds through presence, relationship, and time.

Integration Alchemy and The Mother Ache form a unified body of work devoted to integration, embodiment, and relational repair — guiding readers into a slower, more honest way of living what has been revealed.

Embodied Healing and Living What Is Revealed

Healing the Mother Wound as a Lived, Embodied Process

About arani

My work weaves the sacred threads of healing, embodiment, and remembrance.
Whether integrating a plant medicine journey or tending the ache beneath the mother wound, each path leads us back to wholeness.
I offer spaces where insight becomes embodied, emotion becomes wisdom, and the heart learns again to trust its own rhythm.

Integration Alchemy™

The Real Ceremony Is Your Life

After a powerful spiritual or transformative experience, the question is not what happened, but how do I embody and live what was revealed?

Integration Alchemy™ names the ongoing, embodied process of bringing insight into daily life. It is the work of listening to the body, tending the nervous system, and learning how to live from greater presence, honesty, and choice over time.

Rather than chasing peak experiences or returning to who we were before, integration invites us into a slower, more grounded way of being — one that includes emotion, relationship, and the realities of everyday life. Healing unfolds not through intensity, but through consistency, care, and lived practice.

Integration is not a single moment or method.
It is the real ceremony — the one we live everyday — our lives..

The Mother Ache™

Healing the Mother Wound

Beneath many women’s patterns of self-doubt, overgiving, perfectionism, or emotional disconnection lives a quiet, persistent longing — what I call the Mother Ache™. It reflects early relational wounds with the mother, as well as inherited patterns shaped across generations, that continue to live in the body, nervous system, and inner life.

Healing the mother wound is not about fixing our mothers or ourselves. It is a gradual, embodied process of learning to relate to ourselves differently — with greater honesty, self-trust, and compassion.

Through this work, we begin to recognize how early attachment patterns shape identity, boundaries, and the capacity for intimacy. Healing unfolds as a gradual return to what has always been here — beneath adaptation and conditioning — through learning to listen, trust, and embrace our own inner wisdom.
