A Vessel for the Lineage
After years of using basket weaving as the central healing metaphor in The Mother Ache, I finally wove a pine-needle basket with my own hands. The knowledge traveled from the land, through a circle of women, and into a vessel for the lineage.
Returning to the Navel Center
One of my primary practices is to work and move from my navel center. Through breath, nourishment, movement, and attention, I return to the place where courage, intuition, and intention can take root.
What You Touched Is Still Here
Integration happens in tiny increments: one conscious breath, a few minutes of meditation, an honest conversation, a different choice. You cannot lose what you touched. It has become part of you.
Jungle Time with the Archetypes
During retreat in the Amazon rainforest, the feminine archetypes of The Mother Ache became my teaching companions, revealing what needed my attention and compassion. Each return to the weave strengthens the healing basket we are creating with our lives.
