Hello. I’m Deva Arani.
Welcome
I am a healer who works with friends seeking entheogen integration support and women longing to alchemize the mother wound.
Integration Alchemy: The Real Ceremony Is Your Life
I have been assisting friends in integrating entheogenic journeys for the last 15 years.
In the wake of a powerful psychedelic or spiritual experience, the question isn’t what happened? — it’s what now? Integration is the bridge between insight and embodiment, between vision and transformation. Without it, even the most profound experiences risk becoming fleeting memories. With it, we alchemize those insights into sustained healing and expansion.
Integration Alchemy is the sacred, ongoing process of bringing all parts of the self — body, mind, heart, and spirit — into harmony. It honors the truth that real healing doesn’t take root in moments of peak experience alone, but through the consistent, grounded work of living those truths in everyday life. It’s the deep inner composting of wounds into medicine, fear into presence, confusion into clarity.
This work recognizes that transformation is not linear. It unfolds through cycles — just like nature — and through practices of presence, self-inquiry, emotional honesty, and somatic awareness. Integration is where we develop the capacity to hold both shadow and light. It’s how we learn to feel our emotions, to notice our patterns with compassion, and to choose a new path aligned with truth.
True integration is alchemy: the ancient art of turning the raw material of our experiences into the gold of wisdom, trust, and purpose. It is where healing becomes embodied — not just understood, but lived. This process doesn’t just serve the self; it ripples out to affect our relationships, our communities, and even the collective consciousness.
Integration is the ceremony of life. When approached with sincerity, it reveals that the real transformation isn’t in the medicine itself — but in who we choose to become afterward.
Mother Ache: Reweaving Maternal Love
I help women who are longing to heal and become more authentic by exploring and alchemizing what I call mother ache.
At the core of many women’s feelings of unworthiness, people-pleasing, self-doubt, perfectionism, disconnection from intuition, lies an unspoken wound: the Mother Ache™. This wound stems from the unmet needs, patterns, and emotional inheritances passed from mothers to daughters, often across generations. It reflects not just the relationship with our personal mother, but also the collective wounds of the feminine in a society that has undervalued emotional presence, nurturing, and the wisdom of the body.
Healing the mother wound is a courageous and life-affirming journey. It invites us to reclaim the parts of ourselves that learned to disconnect to survive and to slowly, gently return to the roots of self-love, safety, and belonging. This process is not about fixing our mothers or reliving old pain endlessly. It’s about learning to mother ourselves with tenderness, healthy boundaries, and truth.
Through this healing, we begin to restore trust in our own inner knowing. We soften into our emotional life, learn to hold grief and anger with compassion, and untangle identity from inherited expectations. We begin to remember that we are already enough, not because someone told us so, but because we feel it in our bones.
This work ripples outward. As we heal our mother wound, we restore connection not only with ourselves, but with the Earth, with the feminine, and with those we love. We stop passing down the pain. We become the turning point in our lineage. This is the reclamation of inner authority, of softness, and of sacred strength.
Healing the mother wound is a homecoming. It is the journey back to a love that was never lost, only waiting to be remembered.
If you are seeking support on your integration journey or feel called to explore and heal the mother wound, you don’t have to walk this path alone. Whether you're navigating the deep reflections that follow a ceremony, unraveling inherited patterns, or learning to reconnect with your inner self, compassionate guidance can make all the difference. Integration is where the real transformation unfolds after ceremony. Healing the mother wound is often the most sacred dance home to self love. If you're ready to root into wholeness, deepen self-trust, and reclaim your voice and belonging, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can create a safe space for your healing, embodiment, and return to self.
I am a spiritual guide and healer with many years of experience walking my own healing journey. I use many modalities in my sessions, including Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Experiencing, Breathwork, Meditation, and Yoga. Together I call these:

Compassionate Inquiry Facilitator
ICF Certified Integrative and Spiritual Coach
As an integration and spiritual guide, helping clients is less about giving advice and more about guiding them inward toward their own truth, wisdom, and power. The role is to hold sacred space where clients can safely explore who they are beyond the stories they've inherited or the roles they perform. Spiritual coaching focuses on alignment: helping people reconnect with their inner strength, intuition, and sense of connection. This can include exploring beliefs, cultivating mindfulness, processing past experiences, and building new practices that support a more conscious life.
Clients often come seeking clarity—about relationships, life direction, inner conflict, or spiritual awakening. I support this process by asking powerful questions, listening deeply, and offering reflections that mirror the client’s inner knowing. Practices like meditation, breathwork, journaling, and visualization may be integrated into sessions, not as fixes, but as tools for deepening self-awareness and presence. The work becomes about creating a relationship to the self that is rooted in compassion, truth, and authenticity.
Teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork is an offering of presence—an invitation for others to return to themselves through the body, the breath, and the quiet wisdom of stillness. These practices are not simply physical exercises or relaxation techniques; they are doorways into deeper awareness, emotional regulation, and spiritual connection. When taught with care and intention, they help people tune in to what is real within them—beyond the noise of the mind or the demands of daily life.
As a teacher, I create a safe, grounded space where students can soften, release, and open. Whether in a group or one-on-one setting, the emphasis is on embodied experience—feeling the breath move through the body, sensing where tension or energy is held, and gently exploring what lies beneath the surface. With consistency and compassion, students begin to experience themselves as more than their thoughts, more than their challenges, as spacious, whole, and connected.
These ancient tools offer healing at every level. Yoga restores balance to the nervous system and strengthens the connection between mind and body. Meditation cultivates stillness, insight, and self-observation. Breathwork moves energy, unblocks emotions, and reconnects us to life force. Together, they form a foundation for integration and healing, a way to anchor transformation, support emotional clarity, and live in greater alignment with one's values, purpose, and truth.
Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork Teacher
I combine all of the tools above with my clients seeking to integrate journeys and/or heal and understand their Mother Ache™. I find that the compassionate inquiry work, spiritual integration guidance, and yoga/movement/breathwork are three pillars that create a solid foundation for healing and change. It is my experience that the best way to heal and find inner wholeness is to commit to change and follow through with action. Walking the walk. I make this simple for my clients by offering a seven-week program designed to shift the mother-wound narrative to a more integrated and self empowered state of being. Although I have a “process” that supports this work, each session is unique and I believe in meeting my client where they are in the moment rather than having a preset agenda.
Seven-Step Process to Alchemize Your Mother Ache
Seven steps over seven weeks or seven months (your pace), Including seven 90-minute sessions of individually supported exploration; to do-at-home-exploration exercises and journal prompts; and a yoga/movement/breathwork practice designed for your specific needs.
Healing the unwritten maternal story that is a part of our ancestral lineage is a unique journey home to self - and I would honored to be your sacred steward and help you understand and alchemize into healing and wholeness.
