Questions about healing, integration, and the journey home to yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

This space is here to help you understand what I offer and how I work. Whether you’re exploring integration after a sacred plant medicine journey or seeking to heal the mother wound, these questions provide a starting place. May what you read here guide you toward the right next step in your healing and remembrance.

What is Integration Alchemy?

Integration Alchemy is the sacred process of embodying the insights that arise during entheogenic or spiritual experiences. It’s how we bridge vision with daily life—transforming insight into action, presence, and wholeness. In my sessions and book Integration Alchemy: The Real Ceremony Is Your Life, I guide seekers in grounding the wisdom of sacred plant medicines through body-based awareness, Compassionate Inquiry, and gentle somatic practices.

What do you mean by “Mother Ache”?

The Mother Ache™ describes the longing and ache many women carry beneath patterns of self-doubt, perfectionism, or people-pleasing. It reflects the wound of disconnection—from our mothers, our feminine lineage, and our own intuition. My book The Mother Ache: Healing the Wounded Daughter Within and related sessions offer pathways to reweave self-love, boundaries, and embodied belonging.

How do I know whether to work with Integration or Mother Ache sessions?

Both approaches lead toward wholeness. If you’re integrating a sacred plant medicine journey or spiritual experience, Integration work helps you anchor insight and emotion in the body. If you’re drawn to explore family patterns, emotional inheritance, or inner-child healing, Mother Ache work may resonate more. During your 90-minute Discovery Session we clarify which doorway best supports your current stage of healing.

What is a Discovery Session?

A Discovery Session is a 90-minute, one-time meeting to explore what’s alive for you. Together we map what’s seeking attention—whether integration, emotional healing, or the mother wound—and identify practices or next steps for continued healing. Sessions are offered online or in person in North Boulder and cost $90 through December 2025.

Do you offer group circles or classes?

Yes. Beginning in 2026 I’ll be offering women’s circles and group programs based on Integration Alchemy and The Mother Ache. These gatherings weave somatic practice, breathwork, and guided reflection to support collective healing and embodied remembrance. You can join The Circle newsletter to receive updates when new offerings are announced.

Are your sessions online or in person?

Both. I work with clients worldwide via secure online video and in person at my practice in North Boulder, Colorado. Whether online or in person, each session begins with grounding and breath so you can settle into presence.

Is this work a substitute for therapy or medical treatment?

No. My work complements—but does not replace—licensed mental-health or medical care. I always encourage clients to seek professional or medical support when needed. Integration and Mother Ache work are spiritual-somatic processes that deepen self-awareness and emotional resilience.

How can I prepare for a session?

Set aside quiet time, free of interruptions. Bring a notebook, water, and an open heart. You don’t need to prepare answers—simply bring what’s present. This work unfolds through awareness, breath, and compassion rather than performance or fixing.

How can I stay connected or learn more?

You can join The Circle to receive reflections, practices, and early access to events and book updates. I also share new writings on healing, integration, and feminine embodiment through my Inspiration blog and newsletter.
