Questions about healing, integration, and the journey home to yourself.
Frequently Asked Questions
This page offers a starting place for understanding my work and how to engage with it. Whether you’re exploring Integration Alchemy™, The Mother Ache™, or simply discerning next steps, these questions are here to support clarity and choice.
What is Integration Alchemy™?
Integration Alchemy™ is the lived, embodied process of integrating insight into daily life. It supports the gradual translation of transformative experiences—spiritual, relational, or otherwise—into ways of living that are grounded, honest, and sustainable.
This work emphasizes embodiment, nervous system awareness, and relational presence. Integration is not about peak experiences or fixing the self, but about learning how to live with what has been revealed, over time.
What do you mean by “The Mother Ache™”?
The Mother Ache™ names the persistent longing many women carry beneath patterns of self-doubt, overgiving, perfectionism, or emotional disconnection. It reflects early relational wounds with the mother as well as inherited feminine patterns shaped across generations.
Healing the mother wound is approached here as a slow, embodied, relational process—not about blaming our mothers or idealizing the past, but about restoring inner authority, self-trust, and the capacity to relate to ourselves with care.
How do I know whether Integration Alchemy™ or The Mother Ache™ is the right doorway?
These two paths are deeply related and often overlap.
Integration Alchemy™ may be the right entry point if you are working to integrate transformative experiences, spiritual openings, or periods of significant change into everyday life.
The Mother Ache™ may resonate if you feel drawn to explore early relational patterns, emotional inheritance, identity, boundaries, or the wounded daughter experience.
If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to reach out. Discernment often unfolds through conversation rather than decision-making alone.
Do you offer individual sessions?
Yes. I offer limited individual support through a three-session integration arc, designed to provide focused, time-bound support for integration or mother wound healing.
Individual work is offered by inquiry and emphasizes embodiment, nervous system pacing, and inner authority rather than ongoing dependency or open-ended processing.
Do you offer group work?
Yes. I offer group-based containers devoted to embodied healing and relational repair, including:
The Integration Alchemy™ Embodied Practice Lab (in-person)
The Mother Ache™ six-month healing journey (online, beginning May 2026)
Group work is the primary way this work is held, as healing unfolds powerfully within consistent relational fields over time.
Is this work therapy or medical treatment?
No. My work is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis support. It is a trauma-informed, somatic, and contemplative approach that can complement licensed mental health or medical treatment when appropriate.
I encourage anyone in acute distress to seek qualified professional or medical support.
How can I stay connected or learn more?
