A small, committed group journey through The Mother Ache™, held online. Over seven months, we will gather live via Zoom to explore the layers of the mother-daughter relationship through somatic inquiry, reflection, shared process, and embodied practice. This is a space for women who feel called to move beyond understanding and into lived healing—reweaving self-trust, belonging, and wholeness from within.
This container offers the same depth and continuity as the in-person immersion, with the flexibility of joining from wherever you are. Sessions are recorded to support your ongoing process if you need to miss a gathering.
