A small, committed group journey through The Mother Ache™. Over seven months, we will gather in person to explore the layers of the mother-daughter relationship through somatic inquiry, reflection, shared process, and embodied practice. This is a space for women who feel called to move beyond understanding and into lived healing—reweaving self-trust, belonging, and wholeness from within.
We will meet primarily at a meditation center in Boulder, with some gatherings held in a sacred circle in the mountains, weather permitting. The container is intimate, steady, and relational, offering the support of both place and community as the work unfolds over time.
A space to return to yourself, in good company, over time.
Third Sunday of each month
2:00–4:30 PM MST
Boulder, Colorado
Limited to 12 participants
$1,050
Payment plans are available ($150.00 month). Please reach out if this would support you.
If you need to miss a session, a recording from the online gathering will be available to support you in staying connected to the work.
