Class 1: Embodied.  Fundamentals are the back bone of this ancient practice. Homing in on the basic principles of breath, posture, and movement will bring confidence to beginners and deepen more experienced yogis subtle experience.

 

Class 2: Centered.  Deepening our experience of these fundamentals by tuning into our naval power and moving our energy before really centering into our heartfelt presence.

 

Class 3: Aware.  Understanding our mind-body connection through applying the fundamentals with more awareness and adding sound: mantra as medicine.

 

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient technology that works on all levels of the being to bring vitality, elevate depression, and alleviate anxiety through simple and effective breathing and movement — exercises to reset the body mind connection and feel more heart centered.

Existence is energy, the movement of energy in so many ways and so many forms. As far as human existence is concerned, this energy is kundalini energy. Kundalini is the focused energy of the human body and human psyche. Energy can exist either manifested or unmanifested. It can remain in the seed, or it can come up in a manifested form. Every energy is either in the seed or in the manifested form. Kundalini means your total potential, your total possibility. But it is a seed; it is the potential. The ways to awaken kundalini are ways to make your potential actual. —Osho
